Bridging vision with day-to-day execution — on schedule, on budget, on purpose.

About Daisy

Two decades of leading with purpose.

Daisy Han is a seasoned education and social innovation strategist with over 20 years of experience leading equity-centered transformation across K–12 systems, charter and Montessori ecosystems, higher education, philanthropy, and career-connected learning.

A trusted partner to districts, charter networks, foundations, and community organizations advancing racial equity and systems-level change.

Based in Makawao, Hawaii, Daisy brings a rare combination of on-the-ground classroom experience, nonprofit leadership, and philanthropic strategy. She founded and scaled Embracing Equity into a national organization serving 660,000+ students across 48 states — then brought those learnings to the consulting world.

How I Work

Partnership built on trust, joy, and rigor.

Trust

I show up as a true partner — not a vendor. Every engagement begins with deep listening and a commitment to understanding your organization's unique context, culture, and constraints. Your goals become my goals.

Joy

Transformative work doesn't have to be joyless. I bring energy, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to every engagement. When the work is meaningful, it shows — and it spreads to the teams and communities we serve.

Rigor

Vision without execution is just aspiration. I bring disciplined project management, evidence-based approaches, and a commitment to measurable outcomes — ensuring initiatives stay on schedule, on budget, and on mission.
